"I FOUND AN EGG!"
So twas Easter this last weekend. It was alright I spose. Grant called on Thurseday and so I got to chat with him for once and I talked to Twi for a bit too. So that was pretty swell. I somehow managed to get Friday off from work without asking to be off so that was pretty swell. Then Gadds and my grandma came over for supper and I hung out with my cousins for a couple hours.Played some croconol and some checkers. I've determined that my croconol skills need some work. I only lost to Thomas by like 300 some points since we went to 1000. Ya exciting. All the while having some exclamations from the younger cousins about random stuff. Willie for some strange reason really wanted to know about manholes. So of course he had to ask Uncle Don about that....It was rather amusing. And he and Bethany colored/painted some lovely pictures. So now a good half of the hallway is covered with your typical or not-so-typical 3 and 5 year old drawings....haha.But they were entertained for quite a while so that was good. Saturday was quite relaxing. Well relatively speaking. Gadds came over again. First Willie and Bethany and my aunt. So me and Tiff attempted to keep Willie and Bethany entertained. We created a very impromptu Easter egg hunt. It was rather amusing. We had about 3 dozen eggs to hide in our living room which isn't very big. And so some of the eggs were hidden in some pretty dead obvious places. It was pretty funny watching them go for it and exclaiming "I FOUND AN EGG!!" Even though if you found one you could find like 10 at once. haha. Then I had to go to work and closed up in 8 hours. I was pretty proud of myself. wOOt wOOt! and got out at the decent time of 2 am. Missed church the next day. Oops. but had some uninterrupted time to myself which was a nice change for once. Mostly just read books and such. And then I worked again but got sent home early cuz we were so not busy. Ashley came home for the weekend and I hung out with her and a guy named David at Klassens for a bit and we had an impromptu concert. I'm not exactly prepared for that type of thing yet. but oh well. It was good to see them. So ya. It was a rather interesting weekend. Exciting but not so much. but ya. He is RISEN! He is RISEN indeed! Amen and Amen!

Ah, yes.
Oh my God, He is risen! (get it? since Jesus=God)
I have never gone on an egg hunt.
Hi Lissa, I quite enjoyed your blog. Where I live, Australia, is not a lot like Canada but if you ever came here no doubt you'd find some interesting road trips to take. You mention reading, though. I've been searching the web for Christians who like reading. If you want to try a new title, may I suggest one? "Outcasts of Skagaray" might appeal to you if you enjoyed titles like the Narnia Chronicles. For excerpts, see my web site www.threeswans.com.au To visit my blog, if interested, http://threeswans.blogspot.com. Feel free to comment if you do. Best wishes in any case, from a fellow Christian.
